Glenwood Springs- named America's Most Fun Town by Rand McNally and USA Today- is located in the mountains of Colorado. Glenwood Springs is home to world famous hot springs, the Hanging Lake Trail and Glenwood Caverns. Here in Glenwood Springs, you will also have access to world class rafting, hiking, biking, and fishing. Even though we are a small town we have excellent restaurants, culture, and historical sites. We are also conveniently located less than an hour from Aspen, Vail and Marble/Redstone for amazing day trips.

Ami's Acres Campground (from Denver side):
Proceed westbound on Interstate 70 to exit 114. Take exit 114 and proceed to the bottom where you will encounter a round-about. Enter the round-about. Exit westbound on Highway 6 (frontage road by mall). Once you are on Highway 6 traveling west go approximately one mile. Note that the campground is hidden behind the mountain and not visible as you are traveling on Highway 6. Continue to follow all signs to the campground entrance. Entry sign is on your right as you are traveling west (north side of interstate). Once you are in the park follow our private road to the top of the hill and register at the office.
Ami's Acres Campground (from Grand Junction side):
Proceed eastbound on Interstate 70 to exit 114 (make certain to use this exit as mistakes exist in many mappings software programs). Once you enter Glenwood you will see our park on your left (North side). Continue to drive one mile past our park and exit at 114. Enter the round-about and go underneath Interstate 70. Enter the second round-about and take Highway 6 traveling west (frontage road by mall). Once you are on Highway 6 traveling west go approximately one mile. Note that the campground is hidden behind the mountain and not visible as you are traveling on Highway 6. Continue to follow all signs to the campground entrance. Entry sign is on your right as you are traveling west (north side of interstate). Once you are in the park follow our private road to the top of the hill and register at the office.
Ami's Acres Campground (from Carbondale or Aspen side):
Proceed northbound on Highway 82 to Glenwood Springs. Once you are in town, please make certain to stay in the right lane. Stay in the right lane and go over the Grand Avenue Bridge (crossing the Colorado River). At the bottom of the bridge you will encounter a stoplight. Take a left hand turn (both lanes are turning lanes). You are now on Highway 6 traveling westbound. Continue to stay on Highway 6 and travel approximately three miles. Highway 6 will take you to the round-about for exit 114. Once you have reached the round-about continue traveling west on Highway 6 as we are located about 1 mile west from the round-about at exit 114. Note that the campground is hidden behind the mountain and not visible as you are traveling on Highway 6. Continue to follow all signs to the campground entrance. Entry sign is on your right as you are traveling west (north side of interstate). Once you are in the park follow our private road to the top of the hill and register at the office.
